Project 1: Junior Innovation Challenge Website

Brief: Designed an interactive website for a robotics challenge, promoting engagement among students, teachers, and parents in collaboration with the City of Kingston and Boys & Girls Club
Role: UX Designer
Led UX research, Created wireframes, conducted feedback session, worked closely with stakeholders to refine the design and delivered interactive prototype.
Clients: City of Kingston and Boys & girls club (BGC Kingston)
Project 2: Housing Research for Newcomers

Brief: Research-driven project exploring the housing needs of refugees and international students in Kingston, focusing on affordability, cultural inclusivity, and shared living solutions.
Role: UX Researcher
Led user interviews, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and comparative analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
Client: City of Kingston
Project 3: Microsoft Teams Usability Research

Brief: Conducted user research and usability testing to improve Microsoft Teams for students and faculty. Focused on simplifying navigation, managing notifications, and enhancing collaboration features.
Role: UX Researcher
Led surveys, interviews, and heuristic evaluations to propose actionable solutions using lo-fi wireframes.
Project 4: Vosyn.ai Landing Page Redesign
Project 5: LinkedIn Learning Usability Testing

Brief: Conducted usability testing on LinkedIn Learning to identify and address navigation and course discoverability challenges. Proposed design solutions to improve usability, student engagement, and progress tracking.
Role: UX Researcher & Tester
Designed usability tests, analyzed user interactions, and proposed actionable solutions to enhance the platform's usability and student experience.
